In February 2015, I made a purchase of a set of I-Comfort mattresses manufactured by Serta, which boasted a 15-year warranty, in addition to an adjustable full-size bed frame from Mattress One, an authorized retailer. Shortly after the purchase, I detected a conspicuous sag on the side of the mattress on which I routinely sleep.
It is pertinent to note that I am the sole occupant and I weigh a mere 150 pounds.
Upon contacting Mattress One, a technician was dispatched to assess the sag, for which a fee of $75.00 was levied. I contested the accuracy of the assessment, suspecting it did not align with the actual sag when I am recumbent. Unquestionably, my objection was dismissed, particularly given the weight of the technician's evaluation in comparison to my own position, resulting in the closure of my claim. To ameliorate the situation, I adhered to a regimen of rotating the mattress biannually.
Owing to numerous familial exigencies, prompt pursuit of a claim was not accorded high priority at the time. It is also pertinent to note that Mattress One has since ceased operations.
In 2024, the significant sag in my mattress became more apparent, leading me to file a claim with Serta, the manufacturer. Despite providing comprehensive information and photographic evidence, my claim was unfortunately denied after review by a customer service representative. I strongly believe that customer service representatives lack the necessary expertise to diagnose an issue based solely on a photograph.
They are telephone representatives, not technicians. Requesting an in-person evaluation by an expert to redress the issue, I was informed that such an undertaking was not feasible nor viable.
Disconcertingly, the denial proffered by Serta insinuated a potential issue with the bed frame, suggesting its replacement, modification, or substitution with a more robust foundation. My contention is that this recommendation is a ploy to deflect accountability from the requisite fulfillment of their 15-year mattress warranty. The visual evidence I provided adeptly illustrates the patent sag, a fact to which Serta flagrantly remains indifferent.
With the imminent expiry in February 2025 of the 15-year warranty, my apprehension pertains to deliberate tactics being deployed by Serta to obviate their obligation to honor the warranty.
My plea is straightforward - I implore Serta to adhere to the terms of their 15-year warranty. This entreaty is not unreasonable; rather, it is a judicious request.

I bought ajustable bed from ergonomotion arround 10 years ago.
After 5 years electronic and remote stop to work and has changed $$$.
Another 5 years new remotes stop to work. Ergomotion want to charge $1500.00 for replacement.
( I got an offer to buy new beds $1500.00 because no replacement remotes ???).
(They have limited warranty for 20 years which can save you 20%???.
Mattresses with 20 years warranty is appart inside and manufacturer Mattressdr.com is out of business.
Terrible experience.
Terrible, unprofessional and not helpful customer service.
Very easy to loose $ thousands with cheap ERGOMOTION products.
Stay away.

Ergomotion replied they find solution and redirect me to US branch ( same production, same throubles,)
They offer $750.00 (1st time $1500.00). Good cost for non working remote.

DO NOT BUY SERTA I lost my Power Adapter during a reno and tried to get a new one. Serta says ~"not us, go to the firm we buy from" and supplies and email and phone number.
The phone is a recording that I sat on for a total of 3 hours without getting through.
When I email I get an auto response of 'we will get back to you' and then 48 hours later, I get an email that says "call us on the telephone". My suggestion for anyone going to buy a Serta Bed is DO NOT BUY SERTA.

Good Morning,
I have recently purchased a Serta 16" raised air mattress because of the reputation of the brand. After less than two weeks, I exchanged it for another of the same brand and model (the retailer had no other Serta models.) This time, I didn't allow the interior pump to inflate to the limit.
This seem to expand the life capacity a couple of more days. It appears that neither mattress would maintain inflation after a week and a half for over 1 1/2 hours. I would like to maintain a good opinion of your brand, but at this point it's difficult.
What steps can I take to improve my relationship with your company?

Purchased 2 Serta "Raised 16" Air Mattresses. In less than 2 weeks of use, they were completely deflating within an hour.
Upon contact with Customer "no service", I was redirected to the manufacturer, with a lengthy list of conditions of no returns. The retailer (Ollie's) was kind enough to refund and exchange for a lesser priced Coleman. To this point, I have been completely satisfied by both Ollie's and Coleman.
I will never purchase another Serta product! Do Not purchase the Serta Queen raised 16" air mattress

Serta Plush Mattress purchased on 7/25/21, already unusable for me to sleep ...the 2 salesman were not helpful and pretty worthless...comments like are you sure the mattress you brought for my size...we spent $3300 and we had to go buy another bed from SLEEP NUMBER and spent close to $4,000...I haven't been able to use my sleep apnea machine because I cant sleep in my bed because of my back pain due to the poorly mattress that you sell ...so you win with your scam to keep people's money because I DONT HAVE THE ORINGAL RECEIPT ...

Sagging bed
The bed was purchased 7/2021 it began to sag about September. I have called several times and sent the pictures as requested.
Yet they said its not sufficient enough.
I am a fire fighter EMT and need a good nights sleep. I am very frustrated and disappointed.

The mattress pad said 2 inch cover and 2 inch foam not the case, its mostly fabric cover with minimal stuffing

Mattress defective, has massive dent in the side. Serta responds to claim with one thing after another in order to not honor warranty. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company altogether.
