Bought the mattress Nov. 2015 , by Dec.

2016 backaches started and realized after a month into the tossing and turning and getting morning back pain I called Serta. I filed a claim and was denied help because the inspector reported not enough sagging. How could he tell with a piece of string. Of course I now see all the horrible reviews.

I had a Simmons mattress for 10 years and decided to get a new set. QVC really sold me on this one. What a mistake. Oh the company told me to turn the bed.

Well the foam pillow top will be fine on the other side until it starts to sag too.

and i can pay another $35.00 and make a claim in 6 months if i want. Very sad of the outcome and my back pain.

Product or Service Mentioned: Serta Perfect Sleeper Medium Mattress.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Preferred solution: want a serta but a different model. NO foam toppper. plush top .
