I've had my Serta mattress for roughly six years. It is the most uncomfortable bed one could ever sleep on I work right across the street from where they manufacturer or ship them from here in Salt Lake City I am currently looking for a latex 3-inch topper because their customer service sucks and they don't want to do anything about it it's all about the Mighty Dollar
